The People Behind the Firm
CPA Selina A. Mkony
Managing Partner and founder of RS and Partners. She possesses over 15 years of experience as a reform expert in major Public Sector Reforms, including Public Service Management (PSRP) and Public Financial Management Reforms (PFMRP) in Tanzania. With two decades in the audit profession, she has successfully led teams across public and private sector entities, specializing in internal controls, international standards compliance, and governance frameworks.
CPA Godfrey Simbeye
A Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (ACPA 870) bringing over 20 years of professional experience to the firm. His core competencies span the development of financial management systems, auditing, institutional development, and business re-engineering, with specific expertise in public sector accounting standards and commercial agricultural value chain development. He holds a B.Com in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam and an MSc in Information and Technology from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
CPA Samwel Oforo Ngoti
A highly experienced Audit Manager with 11 years of service delivering quality work across public and private entities.
